How well does purple leaf heuchera do in full sun in areas with hot summer?

I have read that it does okay in full sun, actually prefers it, but then I have also read that if it is very hot in the summer, that the leaves get damaged .

Anyone with sure knowledge about this through experience?

I am in southern part of zone 6

Thanks for your answers!

p.s. which kind of heuchera would be green during the summer but turn a nice color over the colder months and still be evergreen?

and which types of soil do they prefer?

Would they go well with astilbe interplanted ?

Thanks for your answers!

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
